🔹GoofBooth’s attendants will arrive up to 3 hours prior to the booth opening times to set up in a safe area & avoid minimal disruption to your event.

 

🔹You have the right to request any of GoofBooths insurance certificates & PAT testing certificates any time up until 7 days prior to your event. 


🔹It is GoofBooths responsibility to ensure every event is attended by at least one fully trained staff member. There might be an occasion where a new member of staff attends alongside a trained member of staff for training & learning purposes.

 

🔹It is GoofBooths responsibility to ensure our equipment is insured & PAT tested in line with legal requirements. 

 

🔹It is GoofBooths responsibility to ensure the props, decor & equipment is appropriate for your event, for example wedding props for weddings & birthday props for birthdays. 

 

🔹It is GoofBooths responsibility to ensure any Audio Guest book files and or PhotoBooth images are sent and received within 28 days post event. 


🔹Payment must be received by the date stated on your invoice unless agreed and discussed with ourselves.

 

🔹GoofBooth will inform you no later than 24 hours prior to your booking of your attendant/s of your booking.

 

🔹Any booking is only secure once the stated amount of non refundable deposit shown and agreed on your invoice has been paid unless stated otherwise.

 

🔹Any outstanding balances must be paid 4 weeks prior to your event, unless stated otherwise on your invoice.

 

🔹Any loss time due to any technical difficulties due to our equipment will be added on to your event. In an event where time can not be added on any overdue timing will be refunded to you promptly. 

 

🔹GoofBooth’s cancellation policy is in line with the standard cooling off period, 14 days after booking you can receive any balance you have paid including your non refundable deposit. After this 14 day period any refund amounts if any will be within GoofBooths discretion. 

 

🔹GoofBooth’s attendants are not responsible for any children under the age of 18 unattended in or around our equipment. Children should be monitored closely by a responsible adult within this time. 

 

🔹GoofBooth are not responsible for any venues electricity outages or faults. 


🔹It is GoofBooths responsibility to ensure that our equipment runs as smoothly as possible without any delays or errors to your event. If this does occur the agreed refund amount inline with cost pricing & time lost will be refunded promptly within 28 days. 


🔹GoofBooth must be informed at least 7 days prior to an event of any timing restrictions from the venue for our set up.

 

🔹Technical faults & electronic malfunctions will be the responsibility of GoofBooth, any exterior faults including power cuts, misuse of equipment are not GoofBooths responsibility. 

 

🔹Failure to make payment on time could lead to £10 a day late payment charge.

 

🔹If you require additional time or to alter the times of your booking we must be notified 4 weeks prior to your event, any changes made after timeline can not be guaranteed by us and could result in us having to stick to the original times made. 


🔹GoofBooth will encourage guests to use the Photobooth & audio guest book, however we will not be responsible for how many guests do or do not use the products. 


🔹It is the customers responsibility to inform GoofBooth of any low access bridges or gates that would prevent vans approaching the venue.  

 

🔹Failure to inform GoofBooth of any restrictions, stairs, lifts, tight corridors, loading restrictions may result in refusal of delivery. Refusal can be based on unsafe entrances, physical inability to get the equipment installed. 


🔹When booking with GoofBooth it is deemed that the customer has read, understood & fully accepted the terms and conditions. 


🔹It is the customers responsibility to inform GoofBooth when booking of any limited access to the venue, including any form of stairs, lifts & uneven ground to ensure staff have the correct knowledge & time frame to get equipment in safely & on time. 


🔹GoofBooth has the right to cancel your booking if the remaining balance is outstanding within the agreed payment date.

 

🔹Any significant damage to equipment during your event, props or any property belonging to GoofBooth will be charged at standard replacement or repair pricing.

 

🔹No food or drinks are allowed in the booths at any times, this will be reminded to guests on the day of the event, however any cases of damage to GoofBooths property due to food, drink or bodily fluids will be charged a cleaning or replacement\repair fee. 

 

🔹GoofBooth have the right to withhold any payments if your event can not go ahead due to riots, natural disasters, global pandemics or any other restrictions that can stop GoofBooth operating. 

 

🔹GoofBooth have the right to cease any event at any point due to any health & safety concerns for staff, customers or property as well as any threatening & disrespectful behaviour or actions towards GoofBooths staff or property. 

 

🔹It is the customers responsibility to ensure the venue has adequate space for equipment hired from GoofBooth. All measurements are displayed on our website to view at any time. If you are unsure speak directly to us and we can assist you further. 

 

🔹It is the customers responsibility to ensure the venue has adequate electrical source for us to set up & run any electrical equipment safely & within the health & safety guidelines. 

 

🔹The customer must insure the venue is informed of our attendance prior to any event. The venue must be aware of our set up, space needed and power supply needs. 

 

🔹Every customer will receive the terms and conditions attached in an email with your invoice, once deposit is paid to secure your booking this means you have read and agree to all our terms and conditions.

 

🔹If a booking is accepted under our terms of lift access and we arrive at the venue and the lift is out of service, GoofBooth will not be held accountable. 

 

🔹GoofBooth reserve the right to refuse full or partial delivery and set up of equipment if the event site is unsuitable or unsafe for operation, in line with health & safety or risk assessment issues. If the customer has failed to notify prior to the event of any obstructions or obstacles including stairs, excessive distance from vehicle to set up location, loading access issues including, stairs, tight corridors or lifts. 

 

🔹GoofBooth cannot accept responsibility for failure to attend an event due to severe weather conditions, road closure including closures that restrict access to the venue. 

 

🔹GoofBooth may subcontract any part or parts of our goods & services we provide to you on occasions with or without your consent or notice. 

 

🔹GoofBooth can not be held responsible for the venue’s electrical condition, maintenance & outages. Nor are GoofBooth responsible for the venues construction conditions.
